We are known for the compassionate care we give. Our team approach to end-of-life-care emphasizes our philosophy of living... that each moment of every day of life has value. Our goal is to provide all we can to enhance each moment with the most advanced pain management and comfort care.

When you choose the Hospice of Saint John you can expect:

• An Executive Medical Director who is Board Certified in Palliative Care (pain management).
  
• Certified hospice and palliative care nurses on staff.
  
• At least two nurse visits per week in our Home Care Program.
• More multi-denominational chaplains for fewer patients.
• An on-site Complementary Therapies Manager and Music Therapist for research proven options for pain and anxiety management.

Our interdisciplinary care team includes physicians, nurses, social services, dietary, complementary therapies, bereavement counseling, pastoral care and volunteers.

Our hospice care is provided when and where you need us: in our In-patient care facility... featuring private and semi-private rooms, in your home, in nursing homes or in assisted living residences. We tailor our expert care to meet your needs.
